Sometimes headaches aren’t there because something is “wrong” with your head.
Sometimes they come from a body that has been holding too much tension for too long.

Migraines, constant fatigue, that feeling of mental overload — often it’s not about muscles or medication. It’s about a nervous system that hasn’t had a chance to truly rest.

Craniosacral therapy is a very gentle touch. So gentle that the body doesn’t need to protect itself. In that safety, the body begins to do what it naturally knows how to do — reset and restore.

During a session, the nervous system slows down, the head feels more spacious, breathing becomes deeper. Tension that has been held quietly inside for years can begin to soften and release.

People often say after a session that their head feels lighter — as if pressure has been lifted. There’s more clarity, more calm. Sleep becomes deeper. The body feels more alive.

This is not a forceful treatment, and it’s not about pushing through discomfort.
It’s about safety, stillness, and trust.
About finally being able to exhale.

My name is Olena Kostiushko — LMT (Ohio), Integrative Therapist & Founder of the INGUZ Method

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist in Ohio, an Integrative CranioSacral & Somatic Practitioner, and the creator of the INGUZ Somatic Observer Integration Method — a unique body-centered approach that helps release deep patterns, reconnect with inner strength, and restore natural balance.
