Dr. Biles, Dr. Sielatycki, and Powell Valley healthcare work together to bring the very best state of the art spine care to Northwest Wyoming. Dr.Sielatycki comes to us from Steamboat Springs Orthopedic and Spine Institute in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Dr. Sielatycki sees patients here in our office at Yellowstone Sports Medicine. Dr. Sielatycki is dedicated to preserving motion in the spine as much as possible. Dr. Biles, Dr. Sielatycki and the Yellowstone Sports Medicine team are dedicated to bringing outstanding orthopedic and spine care to our community. When conservative treatment for spine problems doesn’t alleviate, the problem and surgery is necessary, Powell Valley healthcare has been an excellent partner. For 37 years, I have had the privilege of serving the Cody community and surrounding areas of Wyoming as an orthopedic surgeon. These years have been filled with countless opportunities to help patients overcome injuries, improve their mobility, and regain their quality of life.

I feel more passionate than ever about my work. The joy of helping individuals get back to the activities they love, the excitement of medical advancements, and the bonds I have built with my patients, are what keep me motivated. Orthopedics has evolved so much over the years, and I am committed to staying at the forefront of the latest innovations and techniques that improve patient outcomes.

I look forward to continuing to serve patients in Wyoming and beyond, offering the highest quality of care here at Yellowstone Sports Medicine.

We are so proud of Becca. She has worked for us here at Yellowstone Sports Medicine for the past 16+ years. We are so thankful for her dedication to the athletes of Park county. Dr Biles and YSM are honored to have provided athletic trainers to area schools for the past 25 years. We are looking forward to continuing this service for years to come. Awesome job Becca!

It is with extreme sadness that we share news of the passing of Dr Clint Devin. Dr Devin loved his family. He often shared stories of fun adventures with Jessica and the boys. Dr Devin was a man of devout faith. There is comfort in knowing that he is with His Lord in Heaven.
Clint had an amazing gift. Not only was he an exceptional surgeon, but when you met him for the first time you felt included in his care and kindness. He loved his patients and he loved the people of Wyoming.
All of us at Yellowstone Sports Medicine are devastated at the loss of our dear friend and colleague. We’ve heard it said in the last two days that Dr Devin “left a big footprint.” This is surely true. There are people all over this country who are mourning the loss of this great man. All of us who knew him will always count ourselves blessed to have been included in his light.
Go with God our friend. We will be seeing you and we love you.

Shoulder impingement occurs when the rotator cuff tendon and overlying lubricating sac (called a bursa) are impinged by two of the shoulder bones during an overhead motion. It’s important that this be treated, as it can cause shoulder bursitis or rotator cuff tendinitis.
