✨ We’re Hiring a Full-Time Receptionist! ✨
📍 Position located in Powell, WY
Our growing wellness & massage office is looking for a warm, friendly, and dependable receptionist to join our team. This role is all about creating a welcoming experience for our clients while helping keep the flow of the office running smoothly.
Schedule:
📅 Monday – Thursday
⏰ 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM (4 ten-hour days)
🎉 Enjoy 3-day weekends every week!
What you’ll be doing:
💛 Greeting and checking clients in & out
📞 Answering phones and scheduling appointments
💦 Managing float tanks
🧺 Helping with the glamorous massage office laundry (yes, it’s a thing 😉)
✨ Keeping the office clean and welcoming during downtime
🤝 Supporting the team and keeping daily flow running smoothly

📍 Interviews and on-the-job training will take place at our Cody location before transitioning to Powell.
