Happy Birthday to the one who started it all (who our summer show is all about)! 180 years ago Feb 26 William F Cody (aka Buffalo Bill) was born in Iowa. Besides being the world’s greatest showman with his traveling Wild West Show; he was also a man of adventure. At the young age of 12 he worked for a wagon train, then he did his hand at trapping and gold mining, became a scout for the Army, hunted buffalo for the railroad crews, and was a hunting guide for dignitaries. What an amazing life he lived! Happy Birthday Bill Cody!
