đź’š Join Us for the Park County Mental Health Walk/Run đź’š

Every step we take together is a step toward hope, healing, and stronger community connections.

Mental health impacts all of us—our friends, our families, our neighbors. Events like the Park County Mental Health Walk/Run help break the stigma, start important conversations, and remind those who may be struggling that they are not alone.

🌄 Whether you join for the sunrise walk, run the course, volunteer, or visit our community resource booths, your presence makes a difference. Together, we can build a community that supports mental wellness and looks out for one another.

As the days get shorter and routines change, many people experience seasonal depression or the “winter blues.” It can look like feeling more tired, withdrawn, overwhelmed, or losing interest in things that usually bring joy.

This time of year can be especially hard — colder weather, less daylight, financial stress, and the holidays can all take a toll on mental health.

That’s why it’s so important to check in on one another. A simple text, call, or invitation for coffee can make a bigger difference than we realize. You don’t need the perfect words — just letting someone know they’re not alone matters.

If you or someone you know is struggling, help is available.
📞 Call or text 988 for the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline — 24/7, free, and confidential.

Let’s look out for each other this season. 💙

🌟 Supporting Wyoming's Agricultural Community: Counseling Voucher Program Returns! 🌟

Thanks to funding provided through the Governor’s Office and the incredible efforts of the Wyoming Department of Agriculture, the Counseling Voucher Program is back for 2025-2026! This program offers up to six counseling sessions SPECIFICALLY for those in the agriculture, rodeo, and farming communities. 💚

The past few years have been challenging for Wyoming producers, and this initiative ensures they have access to vital mental health resources.
👉 How It Works:
*Licensed Wyoming mental health professionals can offer sessions to eligible clients.
*Vouchers cover session costs (less any insurance coverage).
*Services must be rendered between December 23, 2024, and December 30, 2026.

For more information, contact Sheila Ricley at The Align Team sricley@thealignteam.org.

We are deeply grateful to Governor Mark Gordon and the Wyoming Department of Agriculture for recognizing the importance of mental health in our rural communities. Together, we can make a difference. đź’Ş
