Family DrugCenter, your local family owned pharmacy. We are large enough to serve you, but small enough to know you. Family Drug is owned by Jay Zeigler, RPh.

Family Drug is a locally owned and operated pharmacy inside the Food City in the Marty Shopping Center of Coeburn, Va. We have been serving Southwest Virginia since August of 1982, and this year, we are celebrating our 42nd year of business! Joining him are his daughters, Amy Z. Bradley, PharmD who has been on staff as a pharmacist since 2006, and Ashley Z. Bond, PharmD, who graduated in 2011. We look forward to serving your family with our family. We are DME certified and can assist you with your diabetic needs, including glucometers and diabetic testing supplies. We stock a variety of Therafirm support hosiery and diabetic socks. We administer flu, pneumococcal, shingles, and RSV vaccinations daily. No appointment needed. Are you interested in medication sync? We offer a synchronization program and compliance packaging to assist you in your health needs. We're upgrading to better serve you!

This week we're installing a new computer and phone system. Please be patient as we navigate the changes and train our staff on our new software. We will have new options for our patients to receive text messages when medications are ready for pick-up, updated autofill options, and a new med-sync program! If you're interested in using these new features, just let us know!

Family Drug is a locally owned and operated pharmacy located inside the Food City in Coeburn, Va. We have been Coeburn’s hometown pharmacy since August of 1982 and this year we are celebrating our 37th year of business! We are large enough to serve you but small enough to know you. Family Drug is owned by Jay Zeigler, RPh. Joining him are his daughters, Amy Z. Bradley, PharmD and Ashley Z. Bond, PharmD. We truly are a family operated pharmacy and it reflects in our values and how we take care of our patients. Our family looks forward to serving YOUR FAMILY.

We can assist you in ALL your diabetic needs. Our pharmacists are specially trained to custom fit orthotic diabetic shoes. If you are diabetic and interested in a pair of shoes, come in and let us know and we can take care of the rest! We are also available to assist you with glucometers and diabetic testing supplies.

Have a hard time remembering to take your medications? Come talk to us about compliance packaging. We can pack your FULL morning, afternoon and evening doses of medication together in ONE blister pack! Family Drug is the authorized retailer of BoyScouts of America supplies including uniforms, hats, scarves, belts, badges, reading materials, boxwood derby cars and any special order from the BoyScout catalog.

We also have a convenient drive thru! Feel free to drop off prescriptions and come back later using our drive thru. Or as always, have your prescriptions filled while you shop! Try our new GNP mobile app! You can send a text to let us know you which medications you need filled, and we’ll return a text when they are ready for pickup. Super easy!
