❓What does the evaluation process look like?

Good question!

During the evaluation, information will be gathered through conversation, observation and assessments in order to identify both strengths and challenges- from there, the occupational therapist will work collaboratively with the client and their family to determine goals and plan of care moving forward to help support client in reaching their highest level quality of life and independence!
