If you’ve been hearing more about peptides lately, you’re not imagining things — they’re quickly becoming one of the most exciting tools in regenerative medicine.

But what exactly are they?

Hi everyone — Dr. Melissa here! I have an important office update to share.

After a short lease at my current space, an opportunity opened up for a better long-term location for the practice. Because of that, Restore Wellness will be moving to a new office starting March 23rd.

For many of you who have been with me for a while, you know the last few years have included a couple of office moves while I’ve worked to find the right home for the practice. Smaller office spaces in our area often have short lease terms, but I’m very hopeful this will be a place I can settle into for quite some time.

Thank you all so much for rolling with these transitions with me — I truly appreciate your support more than you know. My focus will always remain on my patients and providing the best possible care. 💛

Remember - online booking is always open, and as my naturopathic and functional medicine practice continues to grow, I am still welcoming new patients!🙌🏼

I made a promise to myself — and I’m keeping it.

Between running my own practice, seeing patients, being a new mom, and keeping up with all the day-to-day chores… it would be easy to say, “I don’t have time.”

But I decided I will move my body every single day. No matter what season I’m in.

Some days it’s after work.
Sometimes it’s broken into chunks throughout the day.
Sometimes it’s during my baby’s naps.
And sometimes my husband steps in so I can have up to an hour to myself. 💗

Movement is part of who I am. It keeps me grounded, focused, and strong — physically and mentally.

Physically, daily movement:
• Supports hormone balance
• Improves metabolic health
• Builds strength and stamina
• Lowers inflammation
• Keeps my body moving

Mentally, it:
• Reduces stress
• Improves sleep
• Boosts focus and clarity
• Builds resilience
• Keeps my mood steady

If I want to be a present mom, a loving wife, and an energized provider in my practice — I have to take care of my body.

I don’t wait for motivation because maybe it doesn’t come that day. I won’t make excuses.

On November 10th, our hearts grew in the biggest way as we welcomed our sweet baby boy, Everett Norman Androsov. 💙

I am soaking up all the newborn snuggles and taking this special time to rest and recover. Thank you all so much for your patience, kindness, and support during this season — it truly means the world to me.
