Spring has sprung in North Idaho! Karmen, our nutritionist, practices seasonal eating and has shifted her food choices in the last few weeks based on the warming weather.
This means the majority of your diet is based on what is in season and cyclically choosing foods that naturally sound good during that period of the year. Karmen has been LOVING big salads with lots of high water vegetables like cucumber and celery, topped with artichoke hearts, fiber-filled roasted chickpeas, and wild caught salmon.
