Two masks EVERYONE needs in their routine: a sulfur mask + a clay mask.
Non-negotiable. 🧖‍♀️✨

Clay pulls out debris, oil, sunscreen buildup, and congestion — giving you that deep-clean “reset.”
Sulfur calms inflammation, kills acne bacteria, and keeps breakouts from forming in the first place.

My nighttime non-negotiables for glowy, healthy skin ✨
I test a LOT of skincare as a Master Esthetician, but these 4 steps never change because they’re the foundation of healthy, resilient skin:

1️⃣ Nightly shower
Not just for hygiene — the warm water + steam soften the skin, increase circulation, and prep your skin so products absorb better. It’s my full-body reset at the end of every single day.

2️⃣ LED mask — at least 10 minutes
This is one of the best at-home tools we have. Red LED supports collagen, calms inflammation, reduces redness, helps with breakouts, and keeps skin functioning at its best. Ten minutes a night makes a massive long-term difference. (Favs linked)

As a Master Esthetician, I always tell my clients that your results start before you walk in the room. Here’s how to set your skin up for success ↓

🗓 1 Week Before
• Pause any retinoids, acids, or exfoliating pads.
• Keep your barrier strong — stick to gentle cleanser + nourishing moisturizer only.
• Hydrate from the inside out. Drink water and load up on hydrating serums at night.
• Avoid any tanning, peels, or sun exposure.

🌙 Night Before
• No actives or scrubs — keep it simple and calm.
• Wash your hair (you’ll want clean skin tomorrow).
• Get a solid night of rest — your skin always performs better when you’re rested.

☀️ Day Of Treatment
• Arrive with clean, product-free skin.
• Skip makeup, SPF, and moisturizer that morning.
• If your provider approves, you can take a Tylenol 30 minutes prior for comfort.
• Wear a loose top — the gel used during treatment can get a little messy.
