…we had the vision for Lakeshore a year before we built it?

Life has a funny way of destroying what’s not meant for your next level.

We had several struggles on Sherman that had us feverishly trying to protect our customers’ experience & visualizing what we would do with such an amazing space as this!

For a year we dreamt about it.

But we held back. Continued to struggle through our cold plunge nightmares & packed book.

It took a flood to remind us: growth doesn’t happen in comfort.

If you are going through what feels like a “setback” right now, remember it is just preparing you for your “comeback”.

🥹In 3 days, Monarch will not exist anymore.

Sounds crazy, we know—but we had to make the hard decision to do something different with this space.

✨Transformation Thursday! Here we are 2 years ago. The lease had just been signed, dreams & ideas were in full brew & the heavy lifting was about to begin.

We are so thankful as we throwback, knowing full well the property owner could have filled the space with a lawyer or a marketing agency that wouldn’t have torn the place apart. Thank you for this space !🤍
