When a patient wanted to switch hospices, one of our nurses spent two hours reviewing files to understand what happened. 🦋

She discovered it wasn't a hospice issue - it was an insurance problem. So she called the other hospice to explain and give them a chance to keep their patient.

That's how our nurses serve with integrity - and we couldn't be more proud or thankful for how she put the patient first, before our own interests.

This is the Auburn Crest way. 🦋
