Our social workers show up every single day for patients and families navigating some of life's most tender moments. They listen without judgment, advocate without hesitation, and offer steady, compassionate support when it's needed most. They help families find their footing, connect people to resources, and make sure no one feels alone in the journey.

Shoutout to the team members who jumped in on recent Saturdays when things got busy, really busy.

One nurse came in to do an admission even though she was tired. Others rallied with incredible attitudes, knowing that their work meant families could find peace.

As one team member put it: "It's not just what you do, it's how you do it."

Even exhausted, our nurses go out because it means so much for patients and families. And that confidence, knowing your teammates have your back, that's what makes Auburn Crest a family.
