-Reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases by as much as 25-50% according to researchers at UC San Diego and John Hopkins.
-Reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s disease by 35%, according to researchers at USC.
-Reduce the risk of bone fractures by 50-60%, according to a study in the NEJM.

The Commissioner of the U.S. Food and Drugs, Mary Makary, M.D., M.P.H. said “Hormone replacement therapy (HRT), which consists of estrogen alone (for women without a uterus) or estrogen plus progesterone (for women without a uterus), is a miracle for many women. “
