Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Heart to Heart community screening event. This morning was all about helping our community take proactive steps toward better heart health. Guests received complimentary screenings, educational resources, and time to connect with our care teams over a heart-healthy breakfast.

A special thank you to electrophysiologist Michele Murphy, M.D., and interventional cardiologist Elizabeth Rau, M.D., for their insightful presentations. Their expertise and willingness to answer questions made the morning both informative and empowering.

We are grateful to our volunteers, clinical teams, community partners, and Hyatt Place Post Falls who made this event possible. Preventive care saves lives, and mornings like this remind us how powerful education and early detection can be.

Our volunteers are a vital part of the care we provide at Kootenai Health. From offering a warm smile, to helping patients navigate their day. They bring comfort, connection and kindness into our halls in ways that matter deeply.

Many of them serve because this community is home. They show up not for recognition, but because they care about the people walking through our doors and the place we all share.

We are grateful for the time, energy, and heart our volunteers give and for the difference they make every single day.

Thank you for being part of our mission.
