Sleep is when your brain detoxifies, your hormones reset, and your metabolism recalibrates. But 1 in 3 adults don’t get enough, and most are unknowingly disrupting their own sleep biology.

Here’s how to fix it naturally, without drugs or side effects.

1. Morning Sunlight
Get 10–15 min of sunlight within 30 min of waking.
