Fifty three years ago today, I gave birth to a beautiful baby boy. A week later I surrendered him for adoption. I’ve never forgotten him. One morning in April 2001 while getting out of the shower, I heard a voice within me say, “Find your son.” So I did. I am grateful that we have now been in a successful post adoption reunion for 22 years. Wishing my son Kevin Colton a very Happy Birthday! And one of the best things about our relationship is he loves Jesus and so do I. The other really really great thing is his family — his beautiful wife Julia and their fabulous kids (all adults now), Corri, Noah, Abby and Micah. And, I’m even a great grandmother! So never doubt the power and presence of the Goodness and Love of God.

Had a wonderful week long stay with my birth son Kevin Colton & family recently in Nipomo, CA. Fell in love with their new pup Charles. Happy Mother’s Day to First/Birth Mothers, Adoptive Mothers, And all who have filled in & served as a Mother. God Bless Us All.
