I just spent almost 5 hours making this video and blog. It was well worth it, but it’s time to eat now. I am just so excited about this topic and the hard work I put into it that I had to share the link before I went to eat dinner. 🙂

Happy New Year everyone! 🥳
As this is now 2024, I wanted to offer this new therapy I recently took a course on.

I have been telling people, "Your body has had enough pain, it probably doesn't want more pain to fix it."

Craniosacral is a non-invasive, gentle modality, that seeks to open and unwind the fascial tissues throughout the body. This is excellent for people in a lot of pain, have chronic stress, anxiety, depression, autism, ADHD, or that just need a good mental reboot. It is also great for people who generally don't like being touched as you are fully clothed and the touch is so gentle. A bulk of the work is on the skull, but it is amazing to see what has transpired already with clients using this modality. This is literally like getting a brain massage and tune-up! 😄
I had a client that had very tight muscles, with a long history of wrist and neck pain, and after the first CST session he told me his shoulders didn't hurt at all. The range of motion in his wrist increased, and his neck was able to move 60% better! This is a guy that would normally only ever get deep tissue work!

I myself had a major decrease in hip pain, and the therapist really only worked on my skull. I also experienced easier breathing, an increase in my ability to think, smell and taste, and a very deep state of ease and relaxation. Plus an increase in my psionic abilities. 😁

Many people have an emotional release too during this work, and so far everyone has reported better sleep, and better self-image/ self-talk!!!

I have found that the effects of this technique are generally longer lasting then regular massage too!

I can not urge you enough to try this!

Along with the other work I do, you will find yourself tapping into your core and healing things you probably never thought possible.

Edit: this video has reminded me that I need to get some new equipment so I can make high quality material! So that’s what I am doing. I have found some things that will make my tarot videos fun and unique (besides just me being me!) 🤣
