This morning during my self-Reiki practice, my cat Arthur climbed onto me and settled in, perfectly still. For 30 peaceful minutes, I shared Reiki with him—and he soaked it right up.

Animals are incredibly intuitive and often seek out Reiki on their own. Just like us, they benefit from its calming, healing energy—whether it’s to ease stress, support physical healing, or simply feel safe and loved.
