Job Description
HighRoad Human Services is currently seeking a therapist to join our clinic's team! Our clinic serves both children and adults.
Qualified applicants must be licensed in the state of Idaho and must have one of the following credentials: LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC, LAMFT, LMFT. Position entails individual and family therapy, conducting diagnostic assessments, and collaborating with our clinical trauma team, clinical supervisor, CBRS specialists and service coordinators within the agency. The position full time based on your preferred caseload size. Ideal applicant will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong ethical foundation, and able to assimilate into a team of dedicated professionals.We are specifically looking for an individual who has some previous experience with children and who is willing to focus on further developing their clinical skills to focus on trauma-informed care. We are willing to provide continuing education training to the right individual. Previous experience working with trauma is not necessary; however a strong desire to learn alongside a team of dedicated professionals is a must!

Clinical Director
Our agency is looking for a Clinical Director with an LCSW or LCPC to lead our dynamic team of mental health therapists. Must have a trauma-informed background, experience with child-centered play therapy, providing therapy services for both children and adults, and experience in the role of a supervisor. Candidate will be at least 2 years post graduate degree and be an approved Clinical Supervisor with the Idaho Bureau of Occupational Licenses. Candidate will oversee all client care and administrative operations within the mental health clinic. Candidate must be willing to work as part of a team and provide clinical supervision for clinic staff. Responsibilities include overseeing and developing all of the agency’s clinical programs through tasks such as hiring, training, evaluation, and growing clinical programs. Candidate will be responsible for managing electronic health records program. Clinical Director is responsible for reviewing correctness of fit for clients with clinicians. Candidate will monitor compliance to legal guidelines, internal policies, and quality standards of care. Candidates will have the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively using excellent critical thinking skills. Clinical Director provides clinical training and opportunities for continuous development for clinical staff. Candidate will conduct marketing to outside entities to share about programs and endorse staff. The Clinical Director manages the Human Resources Department within the clinic and ensure timely submission of hiring paperwork, background checks, and associated documentation. This is a full-time, 4 day per week position. Salary is dependent on experience and qualifications.
