The future home of Spero Naturopathic Medicine continues undergoing renovations on its way to becoming a peaceful and healing space! Awaiting city permits - need I say more?! But not to worry... Spero has found a temporary home with our gracious host Health Within Chiropractic in Post Falls! Thank you, Dr. Morgan Bullard, for welcoming us into your clinic space! If you are scheduled for an upcoming appointment and will NOT be seen at the Lincoln Building in CDA, you will hear from Dr. Mia directly about your visit. Exciting things in the works, friends! And a great opportunity to express gratitude for all the support and embrace creativity when life throws a curveball despite best laid plans!

Welcome to Spero Naturopathic Medicine! Health and healing is a journey, and it is my privilege to walk through it with you. Spero Naturopathic is inspired by family, by a fierce conviction that medicine should be driven by education, empowerment and partnered decision making with your provider, by a desire to live passionately and in connection to our values and in trust that our bodies have an innate ability to heal. Alternative medicine runs through my entire life. It is my honor to continue a legacy of healing started by my dad, Dr. Timothy Grothman (1953-2021). The motto on our Grothman family crest is "Dum Spiro Spero." While I breathe, I hope. Hope and an attitude of positivity in health, and in life, is powerful and immeasurable.
