My name is William Strong, also known as “Mr. Will,” and I am a speech and language pathologist. I am fascinated by brain differences. Each brain is a puzzle put together with different shaped pieces. Sometimes those pieces don’t fit together very well or a piece of the puzzle is missing. My job is to help the pieces fit together or use other pieces to replace lost ones. But first, we have to find out what kind of puzzle we are putting together.

I provide evaluations to see the puzzle. Some pieces are weak and some are strong. I work with my families to build the strongest puzzle that we can. Therapy helps us do that. I use different treatment methods to improve:

  • speaking and being heard by others

  • vocabularies and the ability to think of and use words
