🌾Late summer in Chinese medicine is the season of the Earth element — a time to ground, nourish, and return to center.
To be centered is to be grounded. To find balance between polarities☯️
Organs associated:
✨ The Stomach receives, the Spleen transforms — together they help us digest food and life.
The Stomach is like a welcoming bowl — it receives and begins to break down nourishment.
The Spleen is like a transformer — it takes that nourishment and turns it into energy, vitality, and clarity.

To honor this special time, my aim is to practice in ways that feel steady, supported, and balanced as we move from Summer’s fire into Autumn’s crisp air. 🍂
I’m always inspired by nature & especially the magical transition between seasons - Summer is slowly waning & Fall is ready to entice us to surrender & trust in order to release & let go.
Try this short breath practice✨
As you inhale 🌾
“I receive nourishment from what I’ve created.”
On your Exhale 🌻
“I release & let go to make space for clarity & inspiration”
Inspiration✨
“With gratitude for Earth’s abundance & trust in Autumn’s clarity, I honor the cycle of fullness, release & renewal.”🪷
