Meditation for Beginners (or to begin again:-)

6-class series starts February 3 - Tuesday afternoons – 4 – 5 pm
In person and also available livestream via Zoom
This 6 class series will include easeful and evidence based techniques to help you begin (or begin again) a meditation practice as an ongoing source of vitality and peace.
Each class will begin with easy movement and breathwork (including instructions in ways to sit comfortably, with chairs as an option).
Karin will weave in theory and inspiration to help you understand and sustain a meditation practice. The length of the meditation will gradually increase over the weeks but never longer than 20 minutes.
Karin draws from a wide range of information and inspiration including the findings of neuro-science, the teachings of age-old wisdom traditions, poetry and imagery as well (and especially) her own long-time experience as a practitioner and student of meditation.
