Thank you so much to Sunrise Rotary Club of Coeur d'Alene for the generous gift! We are honored to partner with them for 8 years now!!!

Sunrise Rotary awarded $1,000 to Safe Start for their infant and child health and safety programs. Safe Start Executive Director, Liz Montgomery, thanked us for eight years of continuous support.

Safe Start was formed to be the prevention education and training arm of NISSA, Northwest Infant Survival & SIDS Alliance, while Healing Together is formed to be NISSA’s grief support arm. Safe Start offers safe infant sleep classes, car seat safety classes and more to parents, grandparents, caregivers, and medical professionals. All of their educational classes and training are evidence-based and based up the latest up to date medical recommendations.

As year 23 comes to an end without my precious son, I find myself once again overwhelmed with gratitude.

As the day started bright and early, I watched your photos and messages of love pop up on my phone. I made my way around to as many locations as I could, just to say thank you in person. Everywhere I looked, Mason’s smile appeared.— in messages, in kindness, in a community showing up for something bigger than itself.

I was also able to spend the day with my beloved family...Holly, Roman, Beckham, Andrea, and Brian, which made it even more special.

His light spread throughout our community and beyond in ways I never could have imagined.

Because of all of you—every coffee stand, every volunteer, every person who showed up, shared a post, or bought a drink—Mason’s life continues to matter. It’s reaching other broken hearted families and helping keep more babies safe.

Thank you for remembering Mason.
Thank you for standing with Safe Start.
Thank you for carrying his sunshine smile forward.

That means more to me than I can ever fully express. 💛🌻
