All right, it's that time of year. Every new year people rush to the gym and promise they will start working out. What are your health goals for the new year?
I am going to get in the best shape I can. Do cardio for heart health. Walk 10k steps a day.
Start slow and do something u enjoy. That way u will keep doing it. Baby steps.
Motion is life. Keep moving because u know the saying move or lose it.
If I told u that u were going to live to be 90 when would u start getting healthy? 89, 88, 72? The answer is today!
