We offer free initial 30 minute consultations to discuss goals and options for counseling. If you are seeking mental health counseling for yourself or a loved one, feel free to give us a call and we can determine what options are available. Cultivation Counseling also provides occupational therapy and assessments , art therapy, medication management, intensive outpatient programs, and career coaching services. We provide services through our offices in Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls, and Boise, Idaho as well as virtual/ Telehealth.

With a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Idaho State University, our newest provider is passionate about helping people of all ages navigate life’s challenges with care that feels safe, supportive, and empowering. She especially enjoys working with teens, young adults, and individuals on a sobriety journey through medication-assisted support.

🌿 Meet Beth

Beth has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2010, mentoring interns and supporting new clinicians for over a decade. With 25 years of experience helping children and teens through play, movement, and expressive arts, she’s passionate about helping kids build confidence and heal through creativity.

Beth specializes in trauma, ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, and school-related challenges—and believes parents are the key partners in lasting change. Outside of work, she loves spending time with family, exploring Idaho, and enjoying good food and great books. 💚

He has a particular interest in working with adolescents and professionals who may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their goals and personal growth. Outside of his clinical work, Ta’Boris values creativity and balance, engaging in activities such as sports, music, comics, poetry, and the arts in his free time.
