Under “Find a Team” search: “Creekside Care Team”
There you will see “Matt Wells” and the Event coming up.
Click on the Event and then choose the “Donate” option.
Under the “Donate” option, “Choose a Team”. Enter “Creekside Care Team” and click on “Donate” next to Matt Wells.
You can then make the Donation of your choice

Together, we can end Alzheimer's. Find a Walk near you.

Celebrating Christmas at Creekside Inn Memory Care:

The holiday season is a special time for joy, reflection, and togetherness. Here at Creekside Inn, we were thrilled and honored to create a heartwarming and festive environment for our residents and their families❤

This Christmas, as we embraced the spirit of the season with music, decorations, treats and even having Santa Claus join us, our hope and goal was to bring comfort and joy to everyone and to make every moment memorable and full of cheer🎅❄🎁

Christmas is also a time to honor the cherished memories. As we gathered to celebrate we wanted to thank our families and staff as well for their ongoing love and support. Together, we try our best to create a home where the magic of Christmas shines through for our resident and families included⛄🎄❄
