Our Hearts Are Heavy Today

Today, our hearts ache with the news of the tragic shootings in Coeur d’Alene. As a community deeply rooted in faith, love, and healing, all of us at Optimal Living Institute are holding our city in prayer.

We lift up every person impacted—those grieving, those injured, the first responders, the families shaken by fear. We pray for the peace that only Jesus can provide. In the face of evil, we stand in faith, asking for His comfort to surround every heart and every home.

“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.”
—Psalm 34:18

Now more than ever, we ask Jesus to cover our town in protection, compassion, and healing. We pray that unity would rise in the face of darkness, and that love would outshine hate.
