We’re beyond excited to welcome Erin to the Optimal Living Institute team! Erin completed her massage therapy training at the American Institute of Clinical Massage, where she specialized in Swedish massage and Deep Tissue — the perfect blend of relaxation, rejuvenation, and restoration. 💆‍♀️

Erin’s passion for healing doesn’t stop there — she’s committed to continuing her education, with plans to train in lymphatic drainage and other advanced wellness techniques to further support her clients’ health and recovery.
