From Heartbreak to Healing: My Sound Bath Story

In 2013, my world fell apart. I was going through a devastating breakup with someone I deeply loved—who had become lost in addiction. The emotional chaos shattered me. I could barely function, speak, or even breathe without anxiety. My mind was constantly racing with worry, grief, and the heaviness of “what ifs.”

Then something unexpected happened...
I went to a sound bath in Coeur d'Alene—just a one-hour group session on a whim. I didn’t know what to expect, but I left with something I hadn’t felt in a long time: peace.

That one session changed everything. My anxiety calmed. My thoughts finally quieted. And for the first time, I felt hope again. It was the beginning of my healing journey—and sound became the medicine I didn’t know I needed.

Fast forward to now—I’m a sound practitioner, offering public sound baths and private 1:1 sessions to help others experience what I did: deep rest, emotional release, and inner harmony.
