Dr. Thurston had the opportunity to speak at the First Responders Mental Health & Wellness Conference 2026; a two-day event focused on mental wellness, building resilience, and honoring the well-being of first responders and their families.

connects attendees with trusted mental health resources and creates space for powerful conversation to remind first responders that they are not alone in prioritizing their mental well-being.

Dr. Thurston and Allegra, our infusion team specialist, spoke about how ketamine therapy can reroute neuro-pathways created during traumatic events, and the science behind how it can shift the feeling of being “stuck”.

We forever thank those who have served our community, kept us safe, were the answer to a cry for help, and risked their lives for ours.

Shania is our go-to expert for all things patient engagement and TMS. But, don’t let her warm smile fool you. When she’s not guiding patients through their treatment, she’s probably perfecting an armbar or refereeing a local Jiu-Jitsu tournament. Compassionate, sharp, and a little bit fearless, Shania brings energy and care to every part of her day.

As a Certified TMS Technician and head of our marketing efforts, Shania does it all—managing social media, newsletters, billboards, and advertisements—while guiding patients through their TMS journey with empathy, humor, and a knack for making even the toughest days a little brighter.

From restoring hope to keeping our clinic running smoothly, Shania brings heart, expertise, and a personal touch to everything she does. We’re lucky to have her—and so will you.
