The biggest differences between couldn’t get pregnant me and easily gets pregnant me ⬇️

🌱 I focus on “crowding out not cutting out.”
I moved from restriction and worry ➝ to expansion and love. I focus on life-giving foods, nutrients, thoughts, people, and places instead of focusing on the DON’T list. I focus on the DO list. This naturally fills my plate, my time, and my mind with beautiful, fertility-friendly life.
⚡ I stopped taking high-interest credit out on my own energy. 📈
Your energy is like a bank account—everything you spend, you pay back with interest. The longer you put off refilling and healing, the more interest you pay, the more it stings, and the more it drains future endeavors. Now, I have a payback plan that makes sense and I’m filling up my body’s ability to make more energy.

💃 I stopped treating baby-making time like a science.
I stopped allowing an app made by some start-up to tell me when I was likely to get pregnant and started listening to my body, its cues, and my libido. This makes it all a lot more fun.

👶 I stopped dreading the same story and started seeing my future—in vivid imagination and detail. I started planning for a future with more children, I started saying it out loud, and I started believing it. This goes beyond hoping…and it radically speeds up and improves your life and the goals your dreaming off .

Now I walk other women through this process as a nutritionist, coach, and friend. If you’re ready to ditch the infertility circus and walk a personalized path that makes sense, comment or DM me “FEB” to learn more about my 1:1 program 🥳
Sending you all the love along the way 🤍

Foundational Fertility Idea: Anchors ⚓️

Something I talk to clients about often is the power of anchors non-negotiables that tether us when life feels stormy or unpredictable.
Anchors aren’t about being “high maintenance” or “hard to please.” They’re about knowing yourself well enough to recognize what grounds you, what fills your cup, and what keeps you steady when everything else feels uncertain.
An anchor could look like:
🌿 Stepping outside for fresh air every day
🙏Prayer and praise
🍳 Taking time to prepare a nourishing breakfast
☕ Enjoying a warm drink before bed
🎧 Listening to a podcast or book you love
These things might seem small, but they create structure and stability. And here’s the truth: fertility journeys can so easily become all-consuming. Every choice can start to feel like it revolves around food, supplements, lab tests, and ovulation windows. While those things matter, they’re not the only things that matter.
Anchors help you remember you. They remind you of what you love, what brings you joy, and why you’re building this life in the first place. They keep you connected not just to your future baby, but to your present self and to the relationship you’re growing this baby into.
Because just like every boat needs an anchor, each of us needs anchors too. And the more consistent and non-negotiable they become, the steadier you’ll feel no matter what waves come your way.
