1️⃣ Fill up first: Fuel up with a nutritious meal or snack before heading out. A full belly means less candy temptation!

2️⃣ Containment is key: Use a smaller treat bag—it’ll fill up faster and help limit the sugar stash.

3️⃣ Get moving: Turn trick-or-treating into a fun workout! Walk instead of drive, and challenge kids to hop, skip, or “fly like a bat” to the next house. 🦇

4️⃣ Have an exit strategy: Chat about candy limits and brainstorm creative ways to use or share the extras… Remember, gingerbread house season is right around the corner! 👻➡️🎄
