Meet the O.D.!👋
Dr. Ali Heaton, originally born and raised in central Montana has been an integral part of the local eye care community since 2010. She has been heavily involved in the Idaho Optometric Physicians organization serving as the President in 2018, the Vice President in 2016, and the North Region Director from 2013-2016.
She is a graduate of Pacific University College of Optometry and completed her undergrad at Carroll College (Go Saints!). Dr. Heaton specializes in medically focused eye exams including macular degeneration, glaucoma, retinal conditions, and dry eye.
Dr. Heaton has had a passion for eye care and optometry since getting her first pair of glasses in the third grade because when she left that appointment, and she will tell you to this day, she felt that her optometrist was amazing and showed her that she could be a Doctor, have a family, and provide care to those around her.
When Dr. Heaton is not serving her patients, she is spending time with her husband and daughter, exploring all that the Inland Northwest has to offer.
