The Asbury Village exercise group got a special Muay Thai lesson this morning.

Lexi, the daughter of Angie, is a professional trainer, coach, and fighter at the Atlas Muay Thai gym in Virginia.

Residents learned new moves, incorporating upper and lower body extremities.
