Boys & Girls Club of Southeast Kansas and CVR Energy partner to support CRMC Foundation’s Care N Share Fund
The Coffeyville Regional Medical Center Foundation received a generous gift thanks to a partnership between CVR Energy and The Boys & Girls Club of Southeast Kansas. These two organizations worked together to host the annual CVR Charity Golf Classic in September. Proceeds from the tournament will have meaningful impact on the Coffeyville community by supporting both The Boys & Girls Club youth programs and the CRMC Foundation.
The $3,000 gift will benefit the CRMC Foundation’s Care N Share fund. This fund is designed to assist CRMC cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy or radiation treatments. The Care N Share Fund provides free gas cards, medicine co-pays and treatment related supplies to cancer patients in need.
“We extend our sincere thanks to CVR Energy for their continued support, and to The Boys & Girls Club of Southeast Kansas for sharing the proceeds from the CVR Charity Golf Tournament with us. The gift will support CRMC cancer patients when they need it most,” said Amy Taylor, CRMC Director of Foundation and Guest Relations.
