We are very sad to announce that Harmony Mills Pediatrics will permanantly close on March 31, 2025. Patients received letters in January, but copies of the letters are available in office.

Hi folks! Quick reminder that the office will be closed Monday 9/2 for Labor Day, and that starting Tuesday 9/3 our hours begin every weekday at 9am.

To our Families:

Since 2017 we have opened for walk-in hours every morning so that kids can go to school. This has become harder because of staff shortages. In addition, parents and schools don't want kids there anymore even if they are just a little sick. Finally, insurances won't let us see the Cohoes kids who aren't our patients at walk-ins anymore.

Starting September 1, we will no longer have a walk-in sick clinic. The office will open at 9 AM Monday-Friday. We still close at Noon on Wednesday, and we will now have later appointments on Thursdays. We will have a few more sick visits during the day, and we ask you to call early if your child is ill.
