Kickstart your fitness journey NOW so you are feeling your best this summer! I offer a variety of platforms to help. If you are new to strength training or don't feel comfortable in a group setting, personal training will have you reaching your goals in no time. My small group training classes are great for anyone looking to work out with others, with classes ranging from 2-8 people. Classes offer a unique blend of personal attention and energy of a group setting! And, if your schedule is tight or you prefer to workout on your own, I offer virtual training through my fitness app.
