From 157 lbs down to 131.4 lbs — an incredible transformation! 💃🏻 She’s shown amazing commitment, consistency, and focus, and it’s paid off in a big way.

Now she’s off to enjoy Spain 🇪🇸 — carbs, sugar, and all — with a mindful approach and a plan to make the low 130s her new normal. When she’s back, we’ll jump right into the next phase to keep her feeling amazing and confident.

Grief Support Group

As you all know, I recently lost my mom, and the only comfort I’ve found is being around people who can relate and forgive, while also giving back to my community.

I hosted my first-ever grief workshop, and I received an overwhelming response from people interested in attending. However, due to scheduling conflicts, many of them couldn’t make it on the scheduled Monday evening.

In light of this, I’m thrilled to announce that I’m offering another grief workshop!

This program is a 6-week initiative that will run for an hour and a half each week. The focus of the program will be on coping with the loss of a loved one. The program fee is $50 per person, and participants will receive a workbook and refreshments.

This program is designed for individuals who have experienced the death of a loved one and are seeking a sense of understanding and connection with others who are going through similar experiences.

The workshop dates are as follows:

- WedJanuary 21st
- Wed January 29th
- Wed February 5th
- Wed February 12th
- Wed February 19th
- Wed February 26th
Time: 5-6:30PM

**If for any reason the host is unable to conduct the class on the listed dates, a make-up day will be provided, and participants will be notified via email.**

During the workshop, we will explore the stages of grief using the David Kessler model and discuss various skills and techniques to express and process grief. We will also delve into Reiki healing methods, nutrition for overall health, surviving the holidays, and self-care practices.

Emma is a CrossFit athlete who came to a halt in her progression with body fat loss. Despite her obstacles of Addisons disease and thyroid dysfunction, we were able to improve her metabolism and thyroid function in just 30 days. 6lbs ⬇️

Her recoveries have been high, HRV has been high, RHR has been low and prior to working with us she was at a standstill.

We are now in a position to add more food weekly, while still progressing with weight loss.

So proud of her and her commitment, dedication, consistency and athleticism. Can’t wait to see what another 30 days brings!
