-Opportunities for clinic, school and in-home
-Conduct assessments, create and supervise positive behavior plans, create treatment plans compliant with insurance funder guidelines, create and implement quality and effective programs.
-Provide ABA services for children with Autism
-Provide supervision to RBT's
We believe in working collaboratively together as a team – with warmth, clarity and good humor - striving to include the skills and principles of ABA in all our interactions with our clients, parents and service provider teams.
Requirements:
BCAB BCBA Certification, State Licensed (LBA), experience with individuals diagnosed with Autism and strong programming skills.

Preferred:
Previously credentialed with insurance funders, experienced in Rethink software, 1-3 years experience as BCBA, 8 hour supervisory course completed.

Benefits: PTO, health and dental insurance, bonuses, 401K, annual raises

Salary: $65,000-$90,000 based on experience

We’re seeking positive, professional, confident Behavioral Therapists to implement positive Behavior Intervention Plans with children ages 2-12 yrs diagnosed with Autism. Positions available in our Colchester, Groton, and North Windham Clinics. Part-Time, working toward full-time starting at $20-$25 per hour depending on certifications and education.
Requirements:
Associates degree required, Bachelors degree preferred, CT Driver’s License, 1 year experience working with Autism and ABA strategies. Must be able to pass a background check.

We are thrilled to announce we are starting back up our Sensory Saturdays! The first session will be Saturday, September 21. This program creates a welcoming space for neurodivergent youth and their families to socialize and explore different stations run by Building Bridges Through Play. Stop by the library meeting room anytime between 1:00 and 3:00 pm. All ages are welcome, no registration required. Thank you to the Kelsey S. Harrington Foundation for funding this program.
