Appointments can be scheduled by calling (802) 847-8864 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

At the University of Vermont Medical Center blood collection labs, our nationally certified phlebotomists draw blood in a professional and caring manner for a variety of tests. Our Laboratory Services - F***y Allen Campus location offers blood draws by appointment only. Free parking is available.
