As a Stott certified Pilates instructor for 8 years, Sakina is able to complement her BIE and Holistic approach with a physical component and deliver a customized and well-rounded wellness plan. Holistic Nutritionist:
As a holistic nutritionist Sakina is able to recommend a personalized dietary plan. Painlessly identify stressors, sensitivities and intolerances.

GRANOLA | because who doesn’t love a crunchy granola? Recipe 👇🏼
2 cups gf whole oats
2 cups almonds and walnuts
Handful of h**p
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Vanilla
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/3 cup maple syrup

Directions: mix dry ingredients. On a stove top melt the coconut oil and whisk in the maple syrup and vanilla. Once melted combine wet and dry ingredients. Bake at 300 for 40 mins.
