Today marks the 100th anniversary of the robbery of our building! For those unfamiliar, our building was originally the Cold Spring Bank. In 1925, bank robbers blew up the vault (pictured behind us) & stole $5,000 -that's over $90K today. 🤯 Shout out to Jen Caruso Wenner for our "take the money & run" cookies -fresh from Cold Spring Bakery!

The month of October is Menopause Awareness Month and today is World Menopause Day! It aims to break taboo and improve women’s health and wellbeing by raising awareness about the symptoms of menopause and the support options available. Changing hormone levels can cause symptoms of hot flashes and problems sleeping. As you get closer to menopause, you may notice other symptoms, such as pain during s*x, urinary problems, and irregular periods.
