Not impressed with the billing department. I keep receiving a bill even though I have faxed your office proof the insurance company has paid you. Just received another bill for the same thing, but saying it may be turned over to collections. Every time I call, all I get is voicemail.

[06/27/20]   To The Staff of Holicki Eye Center and Optical...
From your Awestruck Manager....

You do not see me
But I see you
Helping our patients
Is what you do
An invisible enemy
May be lurking outside
But your constant dedication
Swells my heart with pride
Answering the calls
Hundreds each day
To serve our patients
In so many ways
Out in front
Or behind the scenes
They assure your visit
Is safe and clean
Behind shields and gloves
And the masks they wear
They continue to smile
You know they care
Your glasses are on order
Your medications refilled
Your exam is thorough
Your insurance is billed
This “new normal” way
They were quick to adjust
Because patients come first
And in us, they trust
Our doctors and staff
Will always be here
Our patients need us
No Pandemic they fear
You do not see me
But I see you
Helping our patients
Is what you do
