Okay today I'd like to give a shout out to Jodie Wilson . I new director at the Friendship Center Inc. Jodie has worked very hard since taking over this Center in August. She came in blind with very little training or knowledge of how that type of drop-in non-profit worked. I can honestly say today that the new director Jodie Wilson has passed every and all test required of her and then some to be in good standings with pines behavioral with the friendship Center and with all the members. Today has been a big day and we are so proud of you. I just wanted to give you a shout out. Look forward to many many more experiences, new changes, holidays, parties, and new members as well as all the good that's coming our way I look forward to sharing that with you and being a part of that with you. so my friend thank you again for accepting this job and thank you again for working so hard and getting it all together. you are simply amazing and I just want you to know I'm very grateful.

Our Mission

the Friendship Center is a consumer operated, non-profit organization for persons with mental illness. members are empowered through perr-led activities which provide education, instill hope and teach advocacy skills. In a respectful, peer-supported, environment members are able to achieve life goals while working on mental health recovery and wellness. The Friendship Center is comfortable, safe and understanding of the needs of our members.

Members must be 18 years or older.
