This nomination was submitted by a patient recognizing Marci for her exceptional care.

“A swollen and painful wrist and hand had deprived me of sleep for too long, so at 1 a.m. I got dressed and went to the Emergency Department at UCVH. What a relief to see Marci’s familiar face as I came in the door. She very carefully and thoroughly wrote down the history of my problem. She was always friendly and encouraging and very accurately filled the physician in before he came to see me. They worked together on a solution and kept me no longer than necessary. That Marci takes care of her people. Thank you, Marci.”
