This is a 4-part series with lots of great knowledge to reduce your risk for disease and engage in a healthy lifestyle to focus on healthy aging.

The Coleman County Courthouse will be closed tomorrow, Monday, January 26th and will open at 10:00AM on Tuesday, January 27th.

The Extension Office will plan to be open from 10:00AM to 2:00PM Monday, January 26th, please call 325-625-4519 before arriving at the courthouse as the exterior doors will be locked. The Extension Office plans to return to normal office house at 10:00AM on Tuesday.

Open to all Coleman County residents! Make it fun and join with friends, coworkers, and groups! You need 8 people on a team, one team captain to register your team and each person will track their daily steps (via smart watch, phone, fitbit, etc) and their daily workouts can be converted to miles too!
