Food Mood Gratitude Health & Wellness topics and content Health and wellness has played a crucial role in my life for over a decade.

Diagnosed with Hashimoto disease in my young adult years, I shifted from relying solely on doctors to taking charge of my health and disease management. Letting go of habits unsupportive of my well-being, I initiated lifestyle changes, focusing on diet and physical activity. In 2019, I tragically lost my mom to cancer, following years of her battling alcoholism. Her struggles and sudden passing profoundly impacted me, prompting a commitment to prioritize my mental and emotional health. This experience intensified my dedication to nurturing myself physically, mentally, and spiritually. Exploring various therapeutic avenues during my healing journey, I discovered a purpose in assisting others. Enrolling at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I obtained the training and skills necessary to help guide individuals along their journey to better health. My profound gratitude to be on this path fuels my mission to collaborate with others in forming healthy habits and behaviors, cultivating a balanced and sustainable life.
