Healing Hideaway We exist to provide therapy services in grief, trauma, anxiety, depression & addiction. I have experience working with children, families, and adults.

I have spent the majority of my career working in child welfare, namely Children’s Protective Services. My focus has been working with people who have experienced trauma, grief, anxiety, depression and addiction. I currently work full-time as a school social worker where I see clients, but I also practice clinical social work in my own private practice as well. I enjoy walking beside my clients an

d meeting people where they are to assist them in healing. I am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and utilize the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Model as well as additional approaches in my line of practice.

🧠💛 Childhood trauma doesn’t always leave visible scars… but it can impact emotions, relationships, self-worth, trust, and even physical health long into adulthood.
Many people are carrying pain they never talked about because they were taught to “just move on” or “be strong.” But healing starts with understanding, support, and knowing you are not alone.
Trauma can come in many forms — bullying, abuse, grief, medical trauma, violence, disasters, emotional neglect, and more. Every experience matters, and no one’s pain should be minimized.
Let this be your reminder to:
✨ Be kind — you never know what someone has survived
✨ Check in on the people you love
✨ Give yourself grace during healing
✨ Reach out for help when needed
