Sparking this journey in 2019 simply after realizing how much trash and chemicals are actually in almost all personal care items being sold on the shelves of big corporations. All from the same few billion dollar companies, with no mission to keep your skin healthy & thriving but just to keep buying .

Closing the loop and learning how to create these things on my own has been so rewarding and honestly so much fun . Making these products has become one of my favorite creative outlets. Ive tested out all the things and taught people how to make their own through so many workshops.

This is what self sufficiency truly looks like. Skills , Knowledge , empowerment. I can’t even think of the last time I went to the store to buy lotion , toothpaste, or even deodorant!

Until you get the chance to join me for a workshop on Tuesdays, you can purchase items handcrafted with care, with real ingredients directly from me .

✨ Schedule goes into effect Monday February 16th + will be posted each Monday ✨

Very much excited to have pulled together this offering calendar featuring things I deeply enjoy doing like one on one medicine making sessions and holding space for movement & meditation in the soil . 🌱

The NEW-est edition to the offerings is kinda a big deal 😝 the opening of the kitchen! offering farm to table meals weekly while still accepting bulk orders in the beloved handcrafted beverages as well.

I’m still put finishing touches on the kitchen but I’ll share an update of what it’s looking like after getting there next week. 👷🏿‍♀️

Also still finishing up the NEW meal prep menu and the Square site for kitchen orders .

+ Some things have not changed like the Etsy shop is still fully list with all of the herbal bath & body potions ready to be ordered 🤎

Seed & land stewardship stems from a deep ancestral connection…

… On that has been forgotten in the modernization of our culture but is slowly being remembered

On salve ships when we braided seeds in our hair because we knew we could always feed ourselves no matter the destination.

Our hands were gifted . They grew life . They carried stories.

Each seed planted walks with decades of dna .
Remembrance of the soil it first grew in , of the indentations of the fingertips who first planted it . A time capsule of who we are .

With growing food we don’t think about the sacred aspects of stewardship enough .
We forgot about the micro and unseen things under our feet’s … Like the taproots of trees running amongst the deep soil to the mycelium regenerating feeding back into black gold .

It’s a beautiful thing to have this view on the land . One that I believe my ancestors must have had . RS , LOUISE , VIVIAN, BERTHA , TC, ROSETTEE .. and so many more whos names I can’t speak . .

When I look at these hands of mine I see imprints of your love .. of your prayers .. of your dreams coming through .

The elderberry syrup around here always gonna be jammed packed with herbs 🍃

Out of all the medicines this one is truly my go to that I always have on hand .

This blend + with a hint of Seamoss gel! = Perfection ✨

Sage, Mullein, Peppermint — Respiratory support ( Decongestion , Mucus Relief, etc )

Echinacea, Lemon balm, Clove, Ginger — Immune support ( Anti Inflammatory, Antimicrobial )

Elderberries, Schisandra berries, Cinnamon — Antioxidant ( detoxification for main organs ( liver, heart, etc ) )

These bundles from this last holiday market were too pretty to not post here on the feed 🥹

I kept things spicy with a huge theme of abundance — Bay leaf, Cinnamon, Star Anise… 🍃

I look forward to growing & wrapping with more flowers this spring and intentionally growing some to support these creations.

Which blooms do y’all like for offerings & cleansing ?

Marigolds for sure are on the list .. a traditional offering we see a lot in Dia De Los Mu***os ( Day of the dead ) , along with Coxcomb 🥀

And roses as a sweet offering to the softening and femme frequency of the heart chakra.
