What if your healing journey had a map?

The Racial Healing Roadmap is a sacred, identity-rooted framework created by Racial Healing & Wellness Coaching, a Womanist-led collective devoted to the emotional, spiritual, and political healing of women across racial identities.

This isn’t just a tool—it’s a transformative invitation to return to your truth, your power, and your purpose.

In a world unraveling under the weight of injustice, violence, disconnection, and division, we are grieving. We’re carrying rage, fear, exhaustion, and numbness.

These are not just emotions—they’re wounds of white body supremacy, internalized oppression, and inherited survival that live in our bodies, our relationships, and our leadership.

The BE • DO • LIVE framework meets you where you are:

BE – Root in your identity, values, and story

DO – Align your intentions with meaningful, accountable action

LIVE – Embody justice and love in the everyday

This roadmap is:
✔️ Personalized by racial identity
✔️ Grounded in accountability, solidarity, and rest
✔️ Designed to move you beyond performative equity into embodied justice—how you live, lead, and love

This is for the weary and the willing. The tenderhearted and the truth-tellers. The ones ready for a path that holds both reckoning and restoration.

Your healing is your offering to the world. Click the link in the comments to join the waitlist for The Racial Healing Roadmap.

This is your last chance to join us for The Accountability Circle: Confronting Truths and Committing to Change—a vital space for white women to reflect, take responsibility, and actively engage in the work of racial healing and wellness.

We are excited to introduce the incredible facilitators for tonight’s conversation:

Karin Brown is a human rights advocate and network builder with a background in conflict transformation and peacebuilding. She has worked in accompaniment, advocacy and awareness raising related to Palestine and Israel for over twenty years. In 2021, Karin was appointed to serve on the City of College Park’s Restorative Justice Commission in her home community. The Commission was born with the goal of looking at harm done to the community of Lakeland and its Black residents by the city and recommending reparative actions.

Desta Goehner (she/her), a lifelong Los Angeles area ELCA Lutheran, accompanies people as a spiritual director, enneagram coach, movement & trauma healing chaplain, and organizer. As President of White Lutherans for Racial Justice, she focuses on dismantling institutional and structural racism within faith communities, creating spaces for white people to recognize, challenge and heal from the myth of white supremacy. She is always unpacking the layers of racism that have been built into her and wants to be in community with others who are committed to doing the same

If you’re ready to face uncomfortable truths, understand your role in dismantling systemic racism, and commit to meaningful change, this is the moment to take action.

The Accountability Circle is about creating a space where white women can acknowledge the hard truths, reflect on their roles in perpetuating systems of racial injustice, and commit to real change.

Accountability isn’t just about recognizing the past; it’s about taking action in the present to dismantle oppression and actively work toward a more just future.

For white women, this space is crucial.

We can no longer remain passive observers in the fight for racial healing and wellness.

We must face the discomfort of our privilege, understand the harm caused by systemic racism, and take responsibility for how we can contribute to meaningful change.

The Accountability Circle offers a supportive environment where we can do the difficult work of reflection, unlearning, and transformation.

This isn’t just a conversation; it’s a call to action. It’s about stepping up to our responsibility in this work, being honest about our biases, and making a commitment to do better—for ourselves, our communities, and those who have been marginalized.

We need spaces like The Accountability Circle to foster the courage, insight, and accountability necessary for true racial healing. Let’s confront the truths together, hold each other accountable, and take action for the future we want to create.

The Solidarity Session is about coming together, supporting each other, and recognizing the shared experiences of non-Black women of color in the fight for racial healing and wellness.

Solidarity isn’t just about standing together in the face of injustice—it’s about understanding the unique struggles we each face, and acknowledging the power we have when we unite to heal and grow.

For non-Black women of color, this is a space to recognize the intersections of our identities and the ways in which systemic racism, colorism, and discrimination impact us all in different but connected ways.

The Solidarity Session is crucial because it offers a platform to build mutual understanding, share experiences, and develop strategies for collective healing.

In times of collective trauma, it is essential that we don’t carry the weight alone. By building solidarity, we create a support network where healing isn’t just an individual journey—it becomes a shared responsibility and commitment.

Dear sisters, let us come together in solidarity, not just as allies, but as co-conspirators in the work of racial justice.

This space is for us, for women who need to heal together, learn from one another, and strengthen our commitment to the collective wellness of our communities.

Today is the day. ❤️

The Hiding Place: A Refuge for Resilience and Healing is happening, and we are ready to create a space where Black women can just be—without judgment, without expectation, and without apology.

We know that the weight we carry is heavy, and sometimes we just need a moment to pause, reflect, and rest.

In times like these, it’s more important than ever to come together and create the kind of community where we can process our grief, our anger, our joy, and our strength—together.

As Black women founders, we understand deeply what it means to need refuge.

The world can often feel like it’s asking more from us than we can give, but in this space, we’re here to nourish each other, to remind each other that we are enough, and to reignite the power we hold as Black women.

If you’re feeling the weight today, we invite you to join us. Let’s find solace, resilience, and healing in each other.

This is for us. We got us. Let’s heal together. 💛

Black Women in need of refuge from all that’s happening, join & for a space of care, support, and love, Sunday, November 10 at 3 pm EST.

The title “The Hiding Place” holds deep significance—it is a place of refuge, rest, and renewal.

For Black women, especially in times of collective grief and struggle, having a space to retreat, reflect, and heal is not just important; it’s necessary.

In a world that often demands more from us than we can give, The Hiding Place is a sanctuary where Black women can simply be.

It is a space where our emotions—our pain, anger, joy, and hope—are welcomed without judgment.

Why is it so important? For too long, Black women have been expected to carry the weight of both personal and collective trauma without adequate space to rest, recover, or reflect.

In times of crisis, we often bear the burdens of others while our own needs go unmet.

The Hiding Place offers what is so often denied—a chance to slow down, reconnect with our bodies and souls, and find comfort in the company of other women who truly see and understand us.

It’s a place where we are free to process, to grieve, and to heal, surrounded by others who understand and hold us in love.

This is more than just a space for venting; it’s about nourishing our spirits and finding strength in community.

It is a place where we can heal, grow, and reignite the power within us to continue leading and loving.

Black women deserve these spaces of refuge, and The Hiding Place is an intentional offering to help us reclaim our peace and power.

This your time. Your rest. Your refuge. Join us.
